In Waco, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Texas vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. The most common schedule is 8 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (254) 776-6839. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is facwaco.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Waco is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Waco is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I had an outstanding experience with Foreign Auto Clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. They took the time to explain the issue with my Volvo XC90, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. My vehicle was repaired quickly, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The entire process was smooth, honest, and stress-free. It's not easy finding a trustworthy shop that specializes in foreign vehicles, but Foreign Auto Clinic has definitely earned my confidence. I also want to mention how thankful I am for the marketing mailer I received in the mail. It prompted me to give them a try, and I'm so glad I did! If you're in the Waco area and need dependable, knowledgeable, and reliable automotive service, I highly recommend Foreign Auto Clinic. They have earned a customer for life! Thank you to the entire team for providing exceptional customer service and quality workmanship!

I was referred to this shop by fellow mechanics in the area. I was told this shop had integrity and solid work ethic which are both important to me. Diagnosis was quick, approval system and turn around on the major repair was only about a week! (Timing Chain 2017 Land-rover Discovery Sport). Will absolutely recommend this shop to everyone! Thanks guys!

100/10 Highly Recommend! I'm so grateful for the awesome people at Foreign Auto Clinic. They took really good care of me, and I highly recommend them to anyone with a foreign vehicle. They have awesome service and work with integrity. Service: On Tuesday, 05/05/2026, I was having a very challenging day, because the battery of my Mini Cooper S Clubman had been dying on me, and I was having to give it a jump at every stop. I received a heart warming welcomed from Gary when I made it to Foreign Auto Clinic, which really helped ease the stress of thinking about an unexpected expense, having to spend money on a new battery and pay for the installation and programming labor. It had been more than a few years since my last visit. Integrity: Davin was able to see that my last visit was in April of 2023 and took out the time to find out that the battery I last received had a 4 year warranty. That saved me almost $400. I'm truly grateful that I came into Foreign Auto Clinic when I needed help, and you will be, too! They genuinely care about providing the best service and will take good care of you!

Based on good reviews decided to check on price for oil change on our Macan so we didn't have to drive forever and pay a ton to get it done. Amazed by the great price and service was excellent! As long as it's not warranty work will definitely be coming back in the future.
